Let’s be honest. There is a way to stop the spread of AIDS — it’s called abstaining from sex. Unlike with Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, or diabetes, you can make a decision to not get AIDS (with a few unfortunate exceptions, like the child of an infected mother or the victim of a contaminated blood transfusion). Considering its preventability, there is no excuse for AIDS being the biggest health crisis we as a people face [16].
In a rare event, one gay male was honest enough to address the lack of personal responsibility as a factor in the spread of AIDS. Charles Bouley, whose partner had been HIV-positive for 12 years and had died of a heart attack, noted in a column for The Advocate, the premier gay and lesbian news magazine in the country, the fact that AIDS cases are rising. Remarking about the Centers for Disease Control’s announcement that gay men, ages 16-25, are the number one group getting those new infections, Bouley states:
…They are ignorant to a disease that has been around over 20 years. And if they are gay and male, they doubly deserve it. We’ve seen firsthand what it can do but choose to ignore that in favor of our own carnal desires. [17]
But Bouley’s prescription is based much too much on common sense and morality to gain much of a hearing.
Of course, AIDS also became a huge crisis because our society has been gagged by political correctness and the Thought Police. Because tolerance of homosexuals has become generally accepted, and because the sexual compulsives I am talking about are a subset of homosexuals, one dare not suggest that they change their behavior pattern. And yet the gay radicals may be pushing it too far. With such slick expressions as “Membership has its priveleges,” bandied about by HIV-positive men concerning their status, it is not unreasonable for the average person to become resentful of the billions of dollars spend every year by the government (in other words, by us taxpayers) for AIDS research, medical care, and disability payments. There is a point where all of us become nothing more than enablers.
Men purposely infecting one another while expecting lesbians and straight Americans to fund the death party is truly bizarre and unacceptable. Of course, the silence about this continues because society has been brainwashed into believing that suggesting people behave with some decency is an affront, and suggesting to a gay man that he stop having anal sex is homophobic.
The Gay Elite supposedly want to confront homophobia. At this rate all they need do is look in the mirror. Their abandonment of their own out of political correctness, cowardice, and narcissism has condemned tens of thousands to death.
